I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida, with an office in Altamonte Springs. My background includes a Ph.D. in an APA approved clinical psychology program from the Fielding Graduate University, and a year long full-time internship at Broward General Medical Center.

I have worked for more than a dozen years in community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, corporate settings as a consultant/liaison and independent practice. I treat both adults and children for depression, anxieties, phobias, and similar emotional disorders, using behavioral and cognitive techniques that have clear scientific support of their efficacy. When necessary I combine these techniques with others that involve exploration and resolution of childhood and unconscious issues. I am also particularly interested in women's issues, and relationship issues especially concerning domestic violence.

I also work very closely with several local bariatric surgeons providing bariatric presurgical assessments, and co-facilitating a monthly bariatric support group.

I consider it a privilege to assist others to achieve and maintain balance on their life journey.
