I try to offer the same kind of psychotherapy that I have personally found so valuable in enhancing my own life. I believe that such therapy can help us get past the particular obstacles to happiness and growth that each of us inevitably encounters in life, and can also help us accelerate our own development. My psychology degrees from Dartmouth (BA) and Stanford (PhD) were just the beginning of my preparation for this work. My life as I have sought to embrace it fully has been, and still is, my greatest teacher. I am particularly interested in the spiritual dimensions of life.
