I am a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia with offices in both Burnaby and Vancouver. In my offices I provide a number of different clinical and assessment services, including psychoeducational assessments, neuropsychological assessments, diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD and related disorders as well as treatment for issues ranging from ADHD, autism, Asperger’s Disorder and a wide range of other psychological disorders. This includes working closely with schools, workplaces and your medical provider in diagnosing psychological and neuropsychological issues and together developing comprehensive intervention plans. I also provide individual counselling/therapy, as well as couple and family counselling for issues including depression, anxiety, stress, anger management and relationship problems. I invite you to look through my website to understand these services

I have lived here in the lower mainland for over a decade, and the west coast for a lot longer. I am a parent, former teacher, school psychologist and administrator as well as a Registered Psychologist. I can help you find out what will help you, what works, what doesn’t, why things work and recommend the best and most effective treatments available. Comprehensive diagnostic assessments are often key components to understanding this. If there are treatments or services that might help you more than I can I’ll help you find the right person and service for you.

Services
Services include:
Assessments: Psychoeducational, neuropsychological and diagnostic testing for Asperger's Syndrome, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and related disorders. Specialized assessments for college/university students which start with a quick screening for academic difficulties: reading, listening, time-management, writing, math, concentration and memory, organization and self-control, oral presentation, anxiety and academic pressure. Individual Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for issues ranging from anxiety, depression, OCD, and anger management (I hold an advanced certificate in CBT from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York). Relationship, couple and family therapy, including Gottman Therapy based services, for couples. I specialize in working with couples dealing with issues relating to ADHD, adult autism/Asperger's Disorder and those dealing child behaviour issues. I have been a registered family therapist and clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy for over thirty years and hold a graduate degree in marriage and family therapy.
Therapy should be focused and time limited! I provide brief, evidence-based, focused and short term treatments..
