I have been providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults since 2008 and have been in private practice since 2010, working in both Davis and Sacramento.

I believe in working collaboratively to assist each person/couple/family in meeting their goals for personal growth and problem solving in their relationships and lives. My approach is integrative -- unique to each person and their situation -- and incorporates mindfulness to help one succeed in their journey towards fulfillment. I work through an attachment lens whereby the focus of repairing relationship injuries and other traumas can often be addressed.

I do accept some insurance. If, however, I am not a provider for your approved insurance, I can provide you with a statement showing your private payments so you can get reimbursed by your PPO. I do offer a few sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please call for an appointment.
