I am a licensed clinical psychologist and group psychotherapist, with 30 years of experience. I moved to Sacramento, California form Israel in 2006.
I work with adults, couples and adolescents, mostly with interpersonal difficulties and relationship problems, and I also have experience with trauma survivors with a relational/psychodynamic emphasis. I provide individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
I am a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) and a Group Analysis Diplomat. My special interest in group psychotherapy has included authorship of several articles and a recent book publication: The Large Group Revisited, Jessica Kingsley Publications, 2003.
I teach as an adjunct professor at the Wright Institute in Berkeley and The Alliant International University. I am the president-elect of the Northern California Group Psychotherapy Society, and past-president of the Israeli Association of Group Psychotherapy.
My professional interests lie in the areas of group processes and group therapy, multicultural issues, conflict resolution, trauma groups, Internet & Large Groups and the Social Unconscious.
