I attended Alliant International University, where I received my doctorate in clinical psychology. During my training I worked in community and family mental health, partial hospitalization, veteran clinics and university counseling centers, amidst several other settings.

I am able to offer different types and courses of therapy, including shorter-term treatments, such as stress reduction and meditation (also offered in group format), behavioral health coaching, and a variety of other behavioral programs targeted to meet your specific needs and desires.

In addition, I am one of the few therapists in the area offering alternative, holistic treatment for what has traditionally being labeled chronic mental illness, including psychosis, schizophrenia, and other severe psycho-emotional disturbances, such as "bipolar" and severe depression. My belief is that anyone can get better and start healing, no matter what life situation one is experiencing, if given the chance to try.
