Research consistently shows that one of the best predictors of success in the psychotherapeutic experience is the "goodness of fit" between clinician and client. Common sense dictates that if you are comfortable with a clinician, this can facilitate exploration of private, sensitive topics; as trust is essential, a good fit is important. Make an appointment and meet me to start determining if a good fit is there (or in the making).
