I have worked with hundreds of individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders at both the outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care since 2015. I received training at The Anxiety Treatment Center of Sacramento (ATC) which is operated by a member of the IOCDF Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board.

I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention (a.k.a. Exposure Therapy or ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which have been found to be the most effective forms of treatment for anxiety disorders.
