I graduated with a doctoral degree from the California School of Professional Psychology. I worked with children and adolescents during my practicum placements in community mental health agencies. My internship was with the james Goodrich Whitney Clinic in San Francisco.
My practice focuses on psychodynamic psychotherapy. My work centers on helping adolescents and adults move towards greater understanding of themselves. I am experienced in addressing issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties, divorce, work related stress, loss, grief, anger issues, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am also interested in spirituality and psychotherapy; I strive to assist clients in finding greater insight and richness in their lives as well as to help in managing well the complexities of everyday living.
