My name is Lucille Keenan and I opened Cameron Park Therapy to provide high quality and caring psychotherapy in the heart of Raleigh. I hold a Master of Science (MS) in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology and I have been practicing since 1994. I am licensed to practice psychology in North Carolina.
I help couples regain their connection and deepen their relationship. It is a privilege to help a family that had been falling apart, regain their footing and thrive. My experience has been that even very stressed and high-conflict couples can regain peace and trust in their partners.
I work with individuals from the perspective that we are all doing what we do for very good reasons historically, though it may be negatively impacting your relationships and work life. A young person's smart decision, may be limiting to an adult. I'll help you rework any early ineffective decisions and free yourself to make positive changes.
Therapy is about you: your needs and goals. Maybe you're looking for support through a stressful time or a breakup, help with problem solving and decision making, a place to explore why you are feeling conflicted or stuck, or effective reduction of anxiety and depression. I'll tailor my training and experience to help you feel better and achieve your goals.
I work with people college age and up who struggle with depression, anxiety, infertility and reproductive health issues, sexual orientation and identity concerns, stress, difficulties with professional development, and conflictual relationships.
