Are you worried about what others may think of a choice you know is right for you? Maybe are you doing fine, but wonder what is the larger meaning of life? You might be in a 12-step recovery journey and looking for some therapeutic support.
I would be honored to guide you through where you feel stuck.
Through exploring your story we can use those experiences as a tool to help you through your current challenges. We will examine the challenges with compassion and foster the courage to take identified next steps. You have always been worth the work, but might be ready now. With me as your guide through the process, you might avoid missteps and self-sabotage. Together, we will identify ways to keep your wellness as a priority and support your resilience for future challenges.
I have a Master of Social Work and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have both Licenses in California as a Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have the training and experience to treat the client more fully, as a unique individual and in the greater context of society.
I use psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, feminist, relational and strengths-based modalities and theoretical frameworks to inform my practice. It is my professional goal that you grow a greater understanding of yourself and feel stronger from our work together, whether you see me for one or many sessions.
