I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University. My goal is to help you live a happier, healthier life with less struggle and greater ease. I often work with people who have chronic illness, pain, insomnia, or stress, as well as with physicians and other healthcare providers. My greatest joy is to witness personal transformation that comes about when pain and struggle shift into hope and change.
My style is to work collaboratively using therapeutic approaches that are individually tailored to your needs and goals. By using an integrative, mind-body approach, I respect the challenge of making change and offer a non-judgmental, but motivating approach. Clients describe me as compassionate, warm and positive. We can meet in my comfortable office or go outside with Walk & Talk Therapy.
