Dr. Solomon has been practicing psychology since 1991, primarily working with children and teens. Before that she was a telephone switchboard operator, swim teacher, and market researcher. For the past 16 years she has been the Clinical Director of TLC Child and Family Services (tlc4kids.org) a non-profit agency that serves high risk children and emotionally disturbed teens with foster care,adoption, residential based services, transitional housing, special education and mental health programs.

Her private practice consists of psychological assessments, consultations and expert witness testimony in special education cases. She prides herself in her even handed, objective, and comprehensive evaluations that are appreciated by both parents and school employees. Her specialty is adolescents with emotional disturbances and learning challenges.

Office Information:

Dr. Solomon generally has office appointments on Mondays or Fridays.
She does not directly contract with insurance companies but will provide an insurance invoice to those who ask for it. She has been an independent examiner for several school districts and regional centers and will work directly with them for payments for agreed upon services.

The office is wheelchair accessible and is located in Central Petaluma minutes from the 101 freeway.
