I see many artists, working professionals, students, and individuals struggling with issues around creativity, depression and anxiety, trauma, problems in relationships, work related conflicts, or career issues.
Difficult feelings can be an opportunity for personal growth. Sometimes this is simply the sense that something doesn't feel right, maybe there are more visible emotional, psychological, or physical symptoms that reflect some way of being out of balance. All of these are opportunities to grow and heal.
Whatever the cause, when the natural unfolding towards a meaningful life is blocked, my work as a therapist involves exploring together those difficult areas that stand in the way of your living the life you want, being the person you want to be, having the relationships that you desire.
My approach is grounded primarily in Jungian and Psychodynamic psychology. The Jungian model addresses the deeper layers of unconscious and processes of individuation, while the Psychodynamic perspective holds a relational and interpersonal focus. I find that this therapeutic style creates a comfortable space for us to work together in addressing your specific concerns, issues, and goals while supporting the deeper quest for fulfillment and meaning.
