Hello, my name is Brendon Scholtz. I am a New York licensed psychologist practicing in Westchester, Rockland and Orange counties. I am a graduate of the University of North Texas where I received advanced training in forensic evaluation from a nationally renowned expert. I also interned at the Oklahoma Forensic Center. Prior to receiving my Doctorate, I worked in the fields of mental health and chemical dependency for over 15 years.

Although I have trained and practiced extensively as a psychotherapist, my clinical practice is devoted almost entirely to criminal and civil forensic psychology. I am an expert in adjudicative competency, testamentary capacity, criminal responsibility and malingering. I serve as a consultant to Orange County, New York, conducting CPL evaluations and providing psychological assessment. I work regularly on Court ordered examinations and referrals form attorneys. I also teach forensic psychology to doctoral students at St John's University.
