I am a therapist in Sacramento, CA, where I work with adults, adolescents, and couples in my private practice just across the river from the Sacramento State University campus.

I specialize in helping people who feel that they have longstanding issues with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and trust. Special areas of focus in my therapy practice include working with adult children of mentally ill caregivers. I also specialize in working with patients who suffer from issues related to Borderline, Narcissistic, and other personality traits.

My approach emphasizes learning to understand, experience, and express authentic feelings, making sense of recurring relationship patterns, and learning to live more consciously.
