My practice is centered around developing a unique relationship with each individual. I work within our therapeutic relationship in a very personalized way to promote healthy shifts in the way you perceive yourself and others, in the way you relate to others, and to promote improved emotional well being and functioning.

Some of my areas of focus are helping people who have difficulty saying no to others, resulting in resentment and stress, and helping people who engage in harsh self-criticism.

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in Folsom with a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
