I have been in clinical practice for 22 years. Before coming to the Pioneer Valley I maintained a private psychotherapy practice in New York City, where I was trained. My MSW is from New York University Silver School of Social Work and my post-masters training was completed in 1998 at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center. I also was a faculty member at NYU SSW, and I am currently Adjunct Assistant Professor in the MSW program at Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, MA. Today I work mostly with adult individuals and couples. I work psychodynamically from a Relational perspective and offer clinical supervision as well. Though I see a wide range of clients with varying needs and concerns, over the years I have come to specialize in several areas: sexuality, loss/bereavement and, more recently, the special needs of Iraq War veterans and their families.
